reconnect RTMS

Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS)

Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is FDA-approved for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) and as an adjunct treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). rTMS is also effective in treating anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder). rTMS has also been shown to be effective in treating symptoms of depression secondary to traumatic brain injury or concussion.

Group Therapy with Psychiatric Management

Facilitated by Dr. Comeau, Discovery Groups provide a safe and supportive environment for his patients to explore our common humanity and to experience deep and meaningful human connection. In this process, we become better equipped to navigate life’s challenges and build our confidence to overcome emotional and psychological barriers. Groups are composed of up to 9 members who meet virtually on a weekly basis.

Not currently accepting new referrals for group therapy
Due to a high volume, we are temporarily not reviewing or accepting new referrals for Group Therapy.

Shared Care for Depression and Anxiety

Dr. Comeau is currently accepting referrals from primary care providers for Shared Care consultations for treatment resistant depression and anxiety. In this model of care, our psychiatrist completed a full diagnostic psychiatric assessment and provides specific treatment recommendations. The patient then follows-up with their primary care provider, while our psychiatrist remains available for phone consultation for the treatment team for additional support. Virtual and in-person options available.

Limited spots available

Due to high demand, Shared Care referrals will be reviewed on the 1st business day of every month. Currently, there is a limited number of spots available each month.
