1. Services

Reconnect Mental Health provides outpatient psychiatric care, including Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS), group therapy with psychiatric management, and shared care psychiatric consultations.

  • All services are subject to availability and eligibility requirements.
  • Reconnect Mental Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Provide accurate and complete personal information as requested.
  • Meet the eligibility criteria for specific services, as outlined on our website.

3. Appointment Policies

  • Booking and Cancellations: Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 business hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in additional charges or restrictions on future bookings.

4. Payment and Insurance

  • Private Pay Services:rTMS treatment is not covered by Alberta Health Insurance (AHI) and requires private payment.
  • Veteran’s Affairs (VA): Reconnect Mental Health is a registered provider with Veteran’s Affairs.
  • Third-Party Coverage: Patients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider and managing claims.

All payments must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date medical and personal information.
  • Follow treatment plans and attend scheduled appointments.
  • Notify Reconnect Mental Health of any changes in health, medication, or contact details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Reconnect Mental Health website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Reconnect Mental Health and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without prior written permission.
  • Use of website content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
